Northeys apartment is on the first floor of one of Hill End’s longest running stores—Northeys Store. Built in 1873, Northeys is one of the most recognised icons of Hill End. Many artists who have visited Hill End have drawn inspiration from this historic building in their works.
Its hard to beat location makes it easy to explore the village on foot. Wander around Hill End along Village walking track to discover the town's charm and then head up to Beaufoy Merlin lookout for a gorgeous country view.
The apartment has all the modern comforts for a homely stay. Relax with a book in the beautifully appointed living room and cosy up by the gas log heater in winter. After a day exploring, fire up the barbeque and watch the sun set over the countryside from your balcony. Or stroll down to the Royal Hotel for a meal with the locals.
Our accommodation at Hill End offers an immersive experience dating back to the gold rush days of the historic town. Features include authentic historic buildings and wood heating. Some additions are separated from historic structures to maintain the integrity of the building. Please check the list of features for each building.
