Pulletop Nature Reserve
Overview
Pulletop Nature Reserve was created in January 1963. It covers an area of 145ha. View the detailed park and fire management documents.
Pulletop Nature Reserve is dominated by mallee. The endangered malleefowl was last seen in 1986 and so is considered extinct in this reserve. shy hylacola, chestnut quail thrush and southern scrub robin have also declined and may be extinct.
Visitation is not encouraged, but the reserve has been used by birdwatchers.
