Currys Gap State Conservation Area
Overview
Currys Gap State Conservation Area was created in January 2003. It covers an area of 227ha. View the detailed park and fire management documents.
Highlights: This reserve was set aside for the conservation of its old-growth forests, which are home to a number of vulnerable animal species.
Activities and access: The nature reserve is closed to vehicles, but visitors are welcome to walk through it. Entry is via a gate on the Mount Mackenzie Road.
These maps give a basic overview of park attractions and facilities, and may not be detailed enough for some activities. We recommend that you buy a topographic map before you go exploring.
