Affected by closures, check current alerts

Overview

Woolpack Rocks lookout is in Cathedral Rock National Park. Use Woolpack Rocks walking track to reach this lofty summit of spectacular boulders and enjoy fantastic tableland views.

The boulders of Woolpack Rocks lookout are just as impressive as those at Cathedral Rock, and the views of the New England Tablelands equally stunning. But this summit is a little easier to reach than the arduous climb up to Cathedral Rock.

Pause for lunch amongst the ancient weathered boulders of this natural lookout and soak up panoramic views. If you stay still enough, you may even see beautiful wedge-tailed eagles soaring overhead.
