Overview
Bluff Mountain lookout is in Warrumbungle National Park, at the end of Bluff Mountain walking track. At the summit of Bluff Mountain, this lookout rewards adventurous bushwalkers with remarkable views.
Feast your eyes on this unrivalled vista of the Warrumbungles volcanic peaks and domes. You’ll see the park’s only views of Bluff Pyramid, as well as Mount Exmouth, Tonduron Spire and Mount Naman’s thick lava flows. The vast western plains, stretching as far as your eye can see, are an added bonus.
Getting there is part of the adventure. Fit bushwalkers will embrace the challenging 7 to 8hr loop walk from Pincham carpark that takes in Breadknife and Grand High Tops walk and the summit route up to Bluff Mountain.
