Join a Discovery ranger on a guided nature stroll through Mount Kaputar National Park. Learn about the Kaputar pink slug and other local birds and animals along Dawsons Spring nature trail.

- Easy. Suitable for adults and children 5 years and older. You'll walk a combination of wooden walkways and bitumen track on a relatively flat surface, suitable for all fitness levels. There are benches to rest along the track.

Following the Dawsons Spring nature trail, our ranger will help you discover the unique species of the area through birdwatching and nature spotting. You’ll learn about the Kaputar pink slug which thrives in this special environment, found nowhere else in the world.
Be sure ask about the volcanic history of the Nandewar Range and its fascinating geological past.
This tour is suitable for all ages. Join us and discover how the natural world can refresh your mind, body and soul.
