Bare Island is located at the end of Anzac Parade, La Parouse. Descend a small slope and cross bridge to get Bare Island Gate.
Bus services stop near Bare Island. Contact the Transport Information Line on 131500 for more information.
Parking
Yes. Free off-street parking is available. La Perouse can be very busy, so allow yourself plenty of time to find a parking spot.

Disability access level - no wheelchair access
- Access to the Parade Ground on Bare Island, where most of the activities will take place, is by steps.
- Wheelchair-accessible toilets are not available on the island, but can be accessed at the La Perouse Museum or Boatshed Cafe.
Park info

7am–8.30pm November to March.
7am–7.30pm April to October.
La Perouse park entry gate closed to vehicles between 7pm and 5am all year.
Areas may have to close at times due to poor weather or fire danger.

There are no park entry fees in La Perouse area but you'll need to pay to tour Bare Island. Park entry fees apply in the Kurnell area of Kamay Botany Bay National Park, only.
