Closed areas: Pulpit Rock Road & Carpark Closed 3rd December 2024

Pulpit Rock Road, Carpark, and Lookout will be closed to the public on 3/12/2024 for planned Helicopter Operations associated with the Light to Light trackwork upgrades. 

Helicopters will be flying heavy loads between The Blowhole & South of Bittangabee Campground.

Closed areas: Light to Light walk upgrades

Upgrades to Light to Light walk have been completed from Boyds Tower to Bittangabee campground. You can access the upgraded track sections from Boyds Tower to Saltwater Creek and from Saltwater Creek to Bittangabee Bay.

If you'd like to complete a modified end-to-end walk, the existing track remains open from Bittangabee campground to Green Cape. 

Track upgrades are continuing on remaining sections of the new Light to Light walk. Please don't enter closed areas under construction, and monitor NPWS alerts for track updates. Please be prepared to modify your itinerary while track upgrades are underway.
