Safety alerts: Tracks impassable due to fallen trees

Two trees have fallen across Blackbutt and Casuarina Falls Link track after recent adverse weather. Please be cautious when in the area and be prepared to turn back.

The trees will be cleared from track when possible.

Closed areas: Areas closed due to flood damage

Slingsbys trail is closed until further notice due to severe flooding causing damage to infrastructure (bridge).

The western part of Syndicate walking track is closed from Tuesday 16 January 2024 until further notice. NPWS staff are working to assess the damage and repair options. The area will reopen when safe.
