Getting there and parking

Valley of the Waters lookout is located near the Conservation Hut, at Wentworth Falls, in Blue Mountains National Park. To get there:

  • Take Great Western Highway to Wentworth Falls
  • Turn on to Falls Road at the traffic lights then turn right on to Fletcher Street and follow to the end.

Parking

  • Parking is available in a bitumen carpark, including 1 accessible parking space. 
  • It can be a busy place on the weekend, so parking might be limited.
  • Mini bus parking is permitted in the Fletcher Street roundabout.

Carpark

Step-free access

There's a flat, step-free, paved and concrete pathway that leads from the carpark to the lookout. The lookout itself is a large wooden platform with handrails.

There's a wooden bench on the lookout platform. There are also timber benches with backrests outside nearby Conservation Hut.

Valley of the Waters lookout is fully accessible, with:

  • A step-free, flat, concrete and paved path that leads from the carpark to the lookout
  • Benches on the lookout platform and outside Conservation Hut for resting.
  • Accessible toilets next to Conservation Hut that you can reach along a paved pathway and a concrete ramp
  • 1 accessible parking space in the bitumen carpark.
