Gundabooka State Conservation Area
Overview
Gundabooka State Conservation Area was created in July 2005. It covers an area of 25430ha. View the detailed park and fire management documents.
Gundabooka State Conservation Area is located next to Gundabooka National Park between Bourke and Cobar. Rich in Aboriginal and European heritage, the area is of great significance to the local Ngemba People.
If you’re planning an overnight visit, try camping beside the Darling River at Yanda campground or get a taste of heritage accommodation at historic Redbank Homestead.
