The 3 parks here, Murrumbidgee Valley National Park, Murrumbidgee Valley Regional Park and Murrumbidgee Valley Nature Reserve, collectively protect part of the largest continuous tract of river red gum forest in the world. They’re also home to over 200 koalas in the area known by locals as the Koala Reserve.
