Round up the kids and join this exciting investigative tour that brings explorers of all ages closer to nature.

Become a Junior Ranger for the day and experience hands on activities that help you understand the important role Rangers play in NSW National Parks. More than just a tour, you will take part in a scavenger hunt and use clues to learn about Australia’s fascinating nature.

Gain new skills, learn about our native animals and get up close to nature while exploring our beautiful beaches and coastal bush habitat. Be amazed at the different species of sharks that live on the South Coast at Shark Bay.

You’ll learn how to use a map and compass in an orienteering activity as you discover the natural treasures of Broulee Island. Get creative and design a piece of nature art using beach and bush materials or continue exploring this beautiful natural setting.

Your guide will also have a variety of interesting finds to share with you, such as a real (taxidermy) goanna, penguin, baby wombat or echidna.
