Prospect Nature Reserve
Overview
Prospect Nature Reserve was created in February 2007. It covers an area of 325ha. View the detailed park and fire management documents.
Prospect Nature Reserve is closed to the public as it's part of a Special Water catchment area.
Visiting Prospect Reservoir
If you wish to visit the Prospect Reservoir area, there are picnic tables, playground facilities and toilets located at nearby Andrew Campbell Reserve, managed by Sydney Water. It's about 35km west of Sydney, off Prospect Highway.
If travelling west on the M4:
- Take the Prospect Highway exit
- Turn right onto Reservoir Road at the roundabout
- Turn left onto William Lawson Drive
